Welcome to the official website of Gurtxu Guesthouse. By booking directly with us, you will be guaranteed the best price and greater flexibility to change dates or cancel.

Our prices are lower than those on sites like Booking, Expedia or TripAdvisor, as we avoid the commissions of up to 20% that these platforms charge. Book with us and enjoy fairer rates and a more personalized service.

Who We Are

We are a one-star family-run guest house, with more than 25 years in the same location, a historic building from 1820, completely renovated, located in the heart of the old part of Donostia. We are surrounded by Michelin-recommended pintxos restaurants and very close to the main tourist attractions, such as Playa de la Concha and the Kursaal, the annual home of the San Sebastian Film Festival.

Our Rooms

We have three spacious, exterior rooms with a shared bathroom, located on the second floor of a residential building with an elevator at ground level.

Rooms can be booked separately, or you can book all three rooms for the exclusive use of your family.

Room Amenities:

Mini breakfast station: Includes a **Nespresso** coffee machine, kettle, toaster, drinking water and coffee capsules.

Workspace: Each room is equipped with a large table, lamp and chairs, ideal for working comfortably using our high-speed fiber optic internet.

In the lobby, guests will find several useful amenities:

- Plates, glasses, cups, cutlery and napkins.

- Sugar packets and two types of tea.

- Shared mini-fridge and microwave for storing and heating food.

Additional Services

- Free luggage storage: Available from 11:00 to 14:00. If you need to leave your luggage outside of these hours, we offer the service at an additional cost after 14:00.
